I had become a little lost in life and a couple of dear friends noticed and offered gentle kindness, help, loving hands and hearts and helped me start to find the joy in life again. As the hope grew in my own heart I was able to share it with others and so as the seed of hope was sown in my heart I realised we can help others find it too. By finding the light within ourselves we can help others to find the light within themselves also.
Jill runs a music studio, Complete Sound, in Leamington Spa along with several ‘Singing for Joy’ groups and music groups for people with dementia. She is passionate about the healing power of music and song and how it helps us connect with ourselves and each other.
