John Featherstone

Is a Franco-British composer, instrumentalist, singer, and arranger based in Paris. From solo concerts on 7-string guitar to multi-choir works, John specialises in reconciling styles and traditions, history and modernity. With 16 CDs to his name, in addition to his concerts John offers his services in training, arrangement and production. He acted as music director for JC2000, a British project for the millenium involving thousands of local schools, culminating in an event at the Albert Hall, and for the service of Protestants en Fête in 2013, held at the 15,000 seater Bercy Stadium in Paris.  This involved arranging for, and conducting, a 1000-strong  choir and 47 piece orchestra. He is currently working on a new choral work based on the text of the book of Revelation.
